To keep your brain healthy there are many different things you can do and if you’re not into doing certain things I’m sure there is still something out there for everyone. Physical exercise brings oxygen rich blood to the area of the brain that is responsible for thoughts and it has been proven that it increases the connections between brain cells. Improving your diet is another great way to keep your brain healthy. Vitamin B is an amazing food for your brain as it helps prevent dementia and helps lower your homocysteine levels. Building a social network is also essential for a healthy brain! Talk to new people, make new friends! Having a great social life has been tied into lower blood pressure and a higher life expectancy. Homeostasis is in charge of keeping your body in balance and at healthy levels. If homeostasis is not maintained it can lead to blood flow being interrupted therefore bringing brain damage or even death.
