During the first week of school we were introduced to our food project. We immediatly started taking field trips to restaurants to be able to get tips and ask questions from the owners and workers of those restaurants. We visited Kindred, Del Sur and Buona Forchetta. We were lucky enough to get to know the owners and have them tell us about their journey. Kindred is a vegan restaurant that includes hidden meanings throught the restaurant decoration. Del Sur is a Mexican restaurant that is much connected to it's roots. Buona Dorchetta is an Italian restaurant that is run as an old school restaurant.
